Shipping and Returns
The easiest way to order from us is to purchase via our website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Paypal. Once you have processed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.
We are also happy to take orders over the phone. Please contact us on 0424 782 936 and we can process your order manually.
All Australian standard orders of $150 or more are shipped with Australia post for FREE! For all orders under $150 a rate of $15 applies for express shipping to you within 24 hours or $10 for delivery of up to 5 days.
Please note that our physical store is located in the seaside town of Bundeena so there are occasions when express shipping may take one extra day depending on weather.
You can track your order at Australia Post with the consignment number emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order.
We also offer international shipping at a flat rate of $20 for standard post and $60 for express post.
Please note: My Vintage Beach cannot be responsible for items lost in the post. Once items leave My Vintage Beach with Australia Post, the responsibility lies with them so all complaints are to be forwarded directly to Australia Post.
We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit through Australia Post, we cannot accept responsibility. All complaints are to be forwarded directly to Australia Post.
Items Out of Stock
At My Vintage Beach, we endeavour to make sure that all products shown on our website are in stock, and that pricing is true and correct.
If for some reason there has been a delay in items being sold in our physical store and an update to our website, we will notify you with 12 hours and process a refund.
At My Vintage Beach we would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows.
Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note, or a full refund under the following conditions:
- For a full refund, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it.
- This applies to full price items only. No refunds on sale items. However we are happy to provide a credit note on sale items if returned within 7 days.
- For an exchange or credit note, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Any returned items must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or packaging.
- Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge.
- We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
- Exchange items will be processed as a new sale and a return. Place and pay for a new order online, and return the original item, to be exchanged, for a refund.
- Shipping charges will be waived if the returned item is faulty.
- Any credit notes issued will be valid for 3 months.
- Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
- Preordered items only a credit note will be provided.
- Please also note that returns are processed on Friday's as we are a small team.
